Shipping & Handling
At Bustle, we strive to process orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that all estimated delivery timeframes begin once you receive confirmation that your order has been processed. Once your order has been collected by the designated shipping carrier, delivery times are beyond our control, and we are not liable for any delays.
Orders are collected by our shipping partners during business hours, Wednesday to Friday. If you place an order outside of these hours or on a public holiday, it will be dispatched on the next business day that we are open.
Please ensure you provide a residential or business address, as we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Additionally, all
deliveries require a signature upon receipt - we cannot authorise orders to be left unattended.
For those who prefer to collect their purchase in person, we offer free in-store pickup from our Hamilton boutique, located at 181 River Road, Hamilton, 3216. Simply select this option at checkout.
All New Zealand orders are shipped via New Zealand Couriers, while international orders are sent using DHL Express for a reliable and efficient service.

Customs & Duty
